Hand and Stone

After giving therapist knowledge of area and pressure to use it seemed to be too much fluff. Not enough pressure used.

i noticed when I entered the hallway it felt like it had not been ventilated very well. I smelled different things (not bad just stuffy), perhaps too much aromas coming from different rooms ?

It was a very nice visit and I enjoyed the visit very much. I didn't choose highly satisfied because it wasn't an over the top experience that exceeded my expectations.

I really did love it, and most likely I will be going back. It's just that I've been to spas with better waiting area ambience. And maybe my massage therapist was shy. She just didn't say much.

Website was not working for booking appointments. I was told I would be sent intake forms prior to visit. I did not receive forms prior and had to complete forms on the iPad before the service.

I really like my massage therapist, but I really dislike the "upselling" nature of Hand and Stone. The add-ons are nice, but they are not worth the extra cost.

The service was great. We probably would prefer to relax more versus talk during a facial but it was ok, the esthetician didn’t know. Products were overly expensive for the value. Ok for one time but won’t be buying those products again in the future.

The skin care specialist was highly knowledgeable and took time addressing my needs. She took time to educate me on what would benefit my ongoing skin care the most and provided a very relaxing experience.

Had to redo form on their iPad after doing it the night before. Someone other than receptionist had to help me because iPad was extremely slow.Then therapist asks me some of the same questions on the form.

Massage therapist had long fingernails and it made the massage less enjoyable. Fingernails felt like they were digging into skin. Will request a different therapist at my next visit.
