The massage therapist talked a little more than i usually like but I know he was trying to make sure I was comfortable.

I was completely satisfied with the visit. Highly satisfied as one of the answers seems over the top.

Too expensive

I was so confused why I had to keep my mask on when facing down on the bed. It was very uncomfortable and made my mask very tight on my face. I am not breathing at someone when laying down on the bed so I am confused why I need to wear my mask.

On this particular visit, I tried a new massage therapist. It just wasn’t a good fit. I have had visits with others that are more personable/engaging at the beginning of the visit and so I felt more relaxed. However, the firm pressure is what I needed, and so was satisfied with that on my recent visit.

About 5 minutes into my facial (all ready for my service) then notified they were closing due to weather. I was told I could re schedule or just do an express facial. I was really wanting a facial with the dermalinfusion add on.

Always room for improvement

It was my first time getting a facial and I wish she told me what my skin needed to work on more. Instead on focusing on my acne. I wish she helped me get rid of my blackheads

We have had a very difficult time with the billing, communication and credits. This was a gift and I have had to call more than 3 times to resolve issues with credits and billing. The email address associated with my membership is STILL WRONG, despite havig tried to transfer it multiple times. The only reason that i continue with my membership is because I like my massage therapist, Steven. His skills help reduce my back pain, and he does a great job. All-in-all, it's very frustrating to have to continually discuss my account problems. This experience is supposed to be relaxing, but it has been overall fairly frustrating.
