There really so not any reason on why I was not highly satisfied in all aspects. I enjoy my time and will be returning. SOON!!

I purchased a premium facial experience spa package last year and used it on 1/11/2021. After receiving the treatment, I was astonished that I was billed $159 for half of service I got from the package deal. What I didn't know at the time of purchase is that microdermabrasion + exceptional upgrade is an additional service on top of the classic facial or any facial of the choice. I wish there was a written statement noting "it's an additional or upgrade service for facial or classic facial is required to receive this service". That way, customers can expect what they are actually paying for.

I really enjoyed my time. The girl's were very nice. And walk me through the steps as she was doing them.

I booked over the phone for a massage and facial. I was never informed that I had to schedule them on separate days due to covid. I went in thinking of have a spa day of a facial then a massage.

I was very pleased with the environment and the friendliness of the staff. The therapist was very knowledgeable and did a great job asking whether the pressure was good. The massage, however, felt very rushed. I understand that 50 minutes is not a lot of time, but it felt like the therapists' movements were too fast towards the end to allow me to fully relax. At the beginning of the massage the therapist's hands were moving slower which made the massage feel more relaxing, but at the end, the therapist's hands were moving very fast and the massage felt ticklish.

Face masks required during massage don't quite help me relax as much. Maybe plexi glass use will keep us from wearing a mask while facing down.

Everything went very well. I really don't have complaints or real reasons why. I have have had facials before and some seem to have a more noticeable affect.

Pressure of therapist was not firm enough despite my voiced desire

The lotion was cold when applied to my skin. Had it been warmed before being applied it would be more relaxing. I was told when I booked the appointment that I would not have to wear a mask while on my stomach, but was told once in the massage room that masks are required the whole time. I had planned on wearing mine the whole time so it wasn’t a big deal, but feel I should have been told prior to my appointment that the rules had changed so I could have rescheduled if needed. Also, the cost for a massage here is pretty high. I would be inclined to visit more often if rates were more affordable.

I do feel that the price is a little expensive sometimes for a fifty minute massage. Personally, having to wear a mask during the massage takes away some relaxing aspects but I totally understand the rule. Overall, it was a good experience.
