My pain was not relieved but worsened after massage. This has never happened before.

I feel like the extra treatments are extremely expensive. I can see charging extra but not two more packages plus $20.

I thought that I would have all of my pain relieved at the end of the massage. Unfortunately, I don’t think there was enough focus and given to my back areas based on the recommendation of the masseuse

Due to pandemic the waiting area and front desk needs to be better monitored with the amount of people in one space. If no pandemic was happening it wouldn’t have been a bother.

I enjoyed my time, and much of the massage was the right amount of pressure. But, even though I told the therapist to ease up, his response was he is just heavy handed. I did speak up and he tried; it was painful a few times. I felt like because he was “heavy handed”, I had to just deal with it. I get it; he’s probably great for others. We figured out he’s just not the therapist for me, and part of it is at my fault. I should’ve let the receptionist know I didn’t want a “heavy handed” therapist. It was my first time. I’ll be back:)

Products are expensive

I filled out the online forms and got confirmation emails that they were ready/complete. Yet, when I got to the appointment the receptionist had me fill them out again. I waited at the door calling repetively but receptionist was on the phone. Called again but receptionist was just waving me in. Not sure why you have the sign to call first if it’s not being implemented properly.

Had a wonderful massage.

I think it would be great and beneficial to your therapists if they asked the customer what they did well and what they could improve upon. Chavez has an amazing personality. Additionally, he is good at doing what you ask. What I think he could do better is consistent pressure and maybe cutting his finger nails (Maybe he just has rough fingers).

Price getting higher. Do not see the difference of my skin after the service. Always just try to make me use more of my package.
