I know its not your doing, but the covid requirements make it so cold and unwelcoming. Having to keep the mask on during part of the massage is hard.

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable when going in. I have been very satisfied with the professionalism. I would recommend to friends and family.

The massage therapist was friendly and he suggest something new and it really helped. I would have preferred a deeper massage but I was satisfied with his work. I do have a question. This has happened a few times only. This time massage started at about 12:08 I look at the clock right before he can in and stopped at 12:50. That is only 40 mins. Not sure how to prevent this in the future. I really like most all the therapist and the manager is extremely nice and helpful. Thank you

It would have needed to rock for me to be highly satisfied. It was a good experience, but nothing to rave about. And I rave if im Highly Satisfied.

Took me a bit too long to check out, schedule an appointment for my spouse and myself.

I was satisfied with my experience at hand and stone. I was not satisfied or dissatisfied on the question about the check in and lobby. Your Survey makes it sound like I I was unsatisfied. I enjoyed my experience. Your Survey is misleading. I purchased a membership and plan on coming in monthly.

I have yet to have a good experience with the front end staff. In person or on the phone. They all seem to be too busy and not one of them have been personable. They always seem like They are too busy to help. The customer service with the front end receptionist is costing you business!!

Feel like I'm alwayas trying to be sold an "upgrade" during my facial appointments.

It had been awhile obviously, when I was done, I ended up realizing we hadn’t discussed extra options to include 2 packages instead of forming over another $40 for my 80 min massage - previously Nikki or Lily would discuss options over the phone or when I came in to help me get the best bang for my buck. Kelsey was awesome but she was the only bright spot!
