The increase in price makes it less likely for me to recommend it to others. I had actually cancelled my membership once but after the stress of the last few months I decided to redue it. I wish it went back to being $59.99 rather then 69.99

I had explained that I wanted to use 2 of my packages in order to cover the added time to my massage, but I was charged an additional 60.00 vs using a second package. I feel like the receptionist should have called me to verify how I would like to go about payment vs assuming. However, to be fair, due to a medical problem that arose during my visit, I had to leave the office in a hurry w/o properly checking out as a patient would normally do. With that being said, I still think that a phone call for clarification would have been more appropriate than assuming and charging me w/o asking for my preference. I would have liked to have left a much larger tip, which the receptionist would have known if she had called for verification. Steven is an amazing MT, and he was deserving of a much larger tip.

The new policies about calling before your appointment instead of waiting in the lobby was difficult when the line was constantly busy.

I was not "highly satisfied due to the limits Covid has put out. It has nothing to do with "Hand and Stone" per se.

The receptionist was harsh/rude when telling me to wait in my car and call to let them know I was there. I understand the protocol and would have gladly followed the request but did not receive the email explaining this ahead of time therefore I was unaware. When I walked in, (unaware that I shouldn’t have) I was blindsided and she was rude, which resulted in a negative first impression and tone to my appointment.

I waited 25 minutes for my massage after my facial, which was fine but the massage started late, ended early, therapist massaged over the blanket, she coughed hard once but had the sniffles the entire massage. Hand & Stone sent out an email about Coronavirus hygiene and precautions they've made for the safety of their clients etc. and yet my therapist had a health issues.

Products were cold. Used a gift card for payment which was a promotion. Redeeming gift cards is very confusing.
