I received an email stating that I booked with "Lee" I would receive $10 off. I am not sure that I received the discount at the time of service l.

Enjoyed my visit and staff was wonderful. I mentioned that since I was getting a facial, that I did not enjoy getting massaged and got a neck massage from person who was doing facial. I have recently had surgery in my neck area and today I can barely move my neck. I am very sore but my skin looks great. Wish I would have spoke up during the procedure.

There was pressure to upgrade and buy add ons. I was coming in to relax not buy extra stuff. The woman who did my facial was amazing.

I was very satisfied- perhaps I should've selected that. I have had past problems with management and billing there, so I felt like I pay a lot and expect a lot. I was happy. Paris was excellent!!

I originally went online and checked the option to have someone call me back and assist me with getting something scheduled...after 2 weeks with no call back I had to call and deal with it again to get scheduled. seems you should not have an option to have someone call if you no one is going to call back, the only reason I continued to try with you was it was where my boss insisted I go otherwise I would have called another company as I felt you didn't need nor want my business.

I always say there is room for improvement in everything that we do. Having hot tea or something other than water available while waiting would be lovely.

Knowledge and skill of therapist was excellent!

Would have liked more massage, possibly neck massage.

The massage wasn’t as deep as I would have liked. I felt the therapist was afraid he was going to hurt me. The room was nice, just very sterile.

The appointment felt a little shorter than facials I’ve had in past. However, my esthetician said I didn’t really have many problem areas. So, that probably resulted in a slightly shorter visit.
