I had a very rewarding experience with Alexa, she’s thorough, swift, knowledgeable, and professional! I highly appreciate her expertise! I booked another service with her, unfortunately, I wasn’t able to access the voicemail the receptionist left me because the school I’m working in have weak to none internet connection. I went to my appointment, excited, only to find out my esthetician cancelled! I suggested leaving me text messages too, for future eventuality, so this frustration doesn’t happen again.
