Pressure to purchase products, products are more expensive than other places

- tried additional services that weren't ideal - Amanda is a great MT - didn't really get to see if she could provide more pressure because of the cupping and stones usage

The massage room if right next to the lobby door. It can be noisy.

Note that I always say nothing on my first massage with a given therapist, I want to first allow them to operate based on their professional judgement/experience, so while I would have preferred more pressure, I did not speak up to ask for it. I also really liked my therapist and look forward to establishing a repertoire with Brandy to fine tune the experience. My next appointment is already booked and I'll let her know then that I would like more pressure.

The salt stones were new to me and I can take them or leave them. Not exceptional. Massage was as expected but didn’t rise to highly satisfied. Just ok

There was not anything that struck me as over and beyond what I’d expect in the service received.

It would be nice to give more free add-on options with member treatments. The monthly rate is not cheap. So..a few added perks would be helpful for the members.

I prefer to book through mobile app and it seems to be down often and for long periods of time - I tend to stop trying to book when this is the case

Couldn’t get in to the esthetician that I wanted. esthetician offered upgrades too often.

I have had facials in many salons and this is ok for the price. They always fill the time with some type of service but here during a 10 minute wait for a mask or steam, instead I was offered upgrade options to fill the time. Usually that is when a foot/hand/head massage is done and included in the price.
