Last 3 appts have needed to be cancelled due to therapist not being able to work that day. Normally would be fine but availability is already so low and only a few days/times work for me. This is why I cancelled my membership. Nothing to do with price or service it’s just inconvenient and hard to get scheduled unless you are 3+weeks out.

Josh is always professional and I always leave feeling better.

No wow factor however really enjoyed it

The experience was great, but I was expecting something different. The massage therapist's pressure was a little light, but it was still relaxing. I also thought the package we purchased included a facial, but it was just a face massage.

I was very satisfied with my visit from reception area up to the end of the service.

Recent increase in fees. Only allowed to freeze account once a year. If packages are building up then you should then should be able freeze and not be charged a $5 fee.

Wish there was a transition room. Wish it was more of a spa like foot soaks. More aroma therapy. Other options for wraps or add ons to the massage. Rooms more candle lit. Didn’t offer mints.

I booked two services in one afternoon and I was just a little uncomfortable waiting between services in a robe...not really a big deal but probably won't book two at a time in the future.

Brittini is the best and she is the reason I still go to Happy Valley location even 2 years after I moved near downtown and NW location is much closer to me.

Very difficult to find time that fit into my schedule. Had to book appointment three weeks out. They said it is that way Because people were using gift certificates received. Got a call same day that my therapist was sick and then took another 2 weeks to get an appointment.
