The cost increase.

It was a good experience overall... the massage just didn't relieve the pain I had on my shoulder blades. When hubby massaged me next day, the pain diminished. Maybe cupping didn't properly touched the areas needed.

My therapist is phenomenal. Reception staff is pleasant enough, but it never feels genuine. And on my last 3 visits, I’ve requested a medical receipt (to bill my insurance) be emailed to me. I have yet to receive a single one. I get the impression the reception staff can be pleasant enough and make appointments, but that’s the extent of their abilities. The other Hand and Stone I occasionally visit has much better front office staff.

Nothing to do with my appointment however as I'm pregnant I wish there was a way to put my account easily on hold for more then 90 days due to late term and postpartum. I will hope so, but seems more difficult when not necessary.

The focus area was over worked. I was hoping for a full body massage, but only the back and arms were worked on for 80 minutes.

There was a service provided in addition to my facial that I was not informed would be an extra cost. So I was surprised at checkout when my cost was higher then expected.

The upcoming rate increase for the monthly membership is understandable but I don't believe you need to increase the 80 minute by another $10.00. That makes the massage $1.375 per minute. Getting too expensive. Also, I have been a member for 10 years and receive no rewards for long time membership. I will be looking else where.

Sometimes I feel that the whole 50 or 90 minutes is not massage time. Even if I’m early and ready the massage is the schedule time not the massage time.

Getting short notice appointments is difficult. My schedule makes it difficult to plan in advance. I would have preferred booking on-line but this is not an option for facials due to the appointment durations. Not particularly happy with the increase in cost for monthly membership or the 15 charge to freeze membership for 3 months.
