Hand and Stone

The online system does not seem to work--I try to book online to gain more points, but it doesn't ever work. Then I have to call. I prefer to see options online rather than asking for the availability per date. One other thing I will note, I have never been told about other services that are offered like add-ons. There could be more information about this at the website as well as how to book them.

My appointment didn’t start on time. My treatment at one point had a cold towel on my face for 5+ minutes. Not very comfortable.

High turnover of therapists at times makes it hard to find a good consistent match.

More attention to areas of concern.

My spouse signed up for an auto debit program each month. When I schedule an occasional massage on her program, staff tries to charge me a 10$ fee. In the past it has been waived at my request. This is a poor policy and should be updated. We have been member for several years.

The massages supposed to be 50 minutes, and by the time you get undressed and situated It usually ends up being 40 to 45 minutes for the massage. The last 2 massages I have received I have watched the clock from the time I lay down on the table to the time it is completed,is 40 min. You are taken back to the Room mate at the time of the appointment at 7:00 p.m. call my by the time you get undressed and ready it is 710 to 715, the massage always ends at 10 minutes till the hour so the therapist can be ready to bring their next client back on the hour, resulting in approximately 40 minute massage time. I Understand the need for Being ready for the next client, and why a 60 minute massage usually ends up being 50 minutes but not bringing it down to 40

The therapist was very nice. Not enough pressure, never asked, and I didn't want to say anything. He is new to Hand and Stone.

Brittney provided excellent service. She is very attentive and methodical in making sure all my needs were met for my facial. She suggested ideas to help my skin but did not push any products on me.

I think it was a good experience and I am happy I went. I had never had a facial before. I don't really think they are for me but the service was great
