When I booked my 80 minute massage, I was told I could use my points to pay for the upgrade from a 50 minute massage. After the service I was told Points could not be used. Had I known that initially, I would’ve got a 50 min. The receptionist said there were some policy changes and she’s just carrying out the policy.

I had the 45.00 facial special for Sunday 12/23 & I just felt like there wasn't a lot of time spent doing the facial or it was quicker. She was a lovely girl but felt I got more a of a massage than facial is all. But my face felt good & it was relaxing.

During my facial there was a great deal of time where I just laid there with product on my face. Other aestheticians have massaged my hands, etc. during those times. My daughter, who gets facials much more often than I, has said a good aesthetician will never just let you lie there.

The therapist took their time to understand exactly what areas of my body was bothering me. Explored each muscle group and was able to Determine areas that I didn’t even know or a problem.

I was mad at myself for purchasing products out of my price range. spent too much. no fault but my own. I did not feel pressured per se but I should have stuck to my budget.

Took 4 packages for massage and facial. Facial upgrade not requested but done $110 and massage upgrade not asked for 130????

I was satisfied. You never know for sure when they tell you your skin is dry and ask if you want to upgrade if they are being truthful or want to sell extra services/products.

I asked for all body and he did not do glutes. Not enough pressure or time spent on neck and shoulders.

I have been a member since 2009, I'm finding it harder and harder to book with a massage therapist that does enough pressure, uses hot towels and has a unique technique. The therapist I do want are not available to book online with.

Ive had numerous scheduling errors over the last few months. Ive talked to the store manager and have received assurance of improvement. Time will tell.
