Face broke out after service.

I've been having issues that aren't easily dealt with and frustrating. The masseuse was good, no doubt, I've re-booked her. I get frustrated with the high turnover in the front as often they don't know the computer system and have had checkout take as much as 15 minutes which blows the relaxation away when I just want to leave and go home and soak in a tub. And no one is around to help them negotiate the system and they sit there helplessly because they are not trained enough.

I used a different therapist this time and her technique does not quite meet what I want. Not her fault—just my preference. I took the appointment with her because it was the only one that fit my schedule. I will try a different therapist next time.

I came in with a specific area that needed work. She paid attention to that area, but not enough - too much more on the rest of my body, which was relaxing, but needed more attention paid to problem area.

Setting an appointment took to long. I couldn’t get appointment convenient for my needs.

When I arrived the only person at the reception desk was on the phone and did not even make eye contact with me to acknowledge I was even there. I just walked around until the person doing my facial came to see if I was there.

Nice surrounding friendly service professional staff.

I don’t think it is very spa like in the reception area. I don’t want to have to have a membership to schedule services. My massage was not as good as I’ve had at other places

I told her I could deal with more pressure but the massage was too light handed and didn’t really help at all.

You stopped offering tinting for brows and lashes and that was the main reason I had a membership. Have taken my business elsewhere.
