My therapist was extremely knowledgeable and informative about sharing insights during my massage session to help relieve my muscle tension and possibly reduce my migraine frequency. I truly appreciated the open communication and care.

The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. It was my first time getting a massage, my massage therapist was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The experience overall was incredible, very happy with my decision on Hand and Stone for my first massage.
