The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. It was my first time getting a massage, my massage therapist was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The experience overall was incredible, very happy with my decision on Hand and Stone for my first massage.

Kendall was amazing, very knowledgeable and professional, I would recommend her and use her services again. Hard part is appointment availability to my schedule and female masseuse availability.

I appreciated the individualized attention and the customization of the service to my unique needs. The provider was kind and friendly and made me feel at ease.

It was such a relaxing experience. The background music had improved, the bed was warm and everyone was very friendly. I trust the individual who did my facial to be honest about the needs for a better skin. The next day I had dinner with my two younger sisters; they complimented how good my skin looked! It also make me feel more vibrant and alive.

I asked for next available appointment and anyone for the service, I was able to get in in3 days. I’d been experiencing a pinched nerve for a month without much relief. “Z”, my masseuse, listened, asked questions and went to work. Had very helpful suggestions as to how to continue to heal once our session was over..that pinch is significantly better. The reception desk even talked me into a monthly membership. I have no buyers remorse after feeling so much better from this first interaction. Looking forward to next session.

Jerrod was very good at the massage and we had an enjoyable discussion during the massage. Both were very relaxing. He is extra good and the best therapist I have ever had. Booked him again for next month.

The staff were very knowledgeable and kind. The esthetician gave me some very helpful ideas on skin care. The check-in and out process was very efficiently done.
