Receptionists we're very engaging and friendly, in a sincere way. Esthetician was amazing, waxing can be *uncomfortable* and she was very professional and friendly. Great deal on upcoming BOGO delas!

This year was multiple issues with scheduling and communication, and rebooking and management issues. Costs keep going up.. and after the first of the year I just can’t do it.

I showed up for original appointment only to discover that I was not informed that the therapist had a most valid reason for not coming in that day. It was a scheduling/contact glitch. I was rebooked for another another day with another therapist. That worked out fine.

Laura does a fabulous job of listening to my needs and thoroughly working specific areas of my back and shoulders.

Brittany was is always awesome. She is the only reason I keep my membership.

I was disappointed to hear that my regular massage therapist had left Hand & Stone. But the receptionist recommended somebody with a similar technique, and I was highly satisfied with the new therapist and have already rescheduled another visit.
