Amanda is absolutely wonderful! Always professional and attentive to my needs. Thanks Amanda! My only complaint is with the online scheduling. I scheduled two different appointments this month. I received confirmation for both appointments. A week later I received emails for both appointments starting that my appointments had been rescheduled but there was no further information. When I called and questioned this I was told that the times had been changed for each appointment. They could not tell me why and stated that they had no control over the online scheduling system. The change in time did not affect me but it was very frustrating that these changes were made without my knowledge.

Everything is clean as it should be. I really like working with a specific therapist, I'm very picky about massages and found one I like there. And I love that they have hours later in the day, helps make scheduling a lot easier.

Paris is a very friendly, knowledgeable esthetician, and she makes you feel like if you are her only client. She has made the difference in keeping my membership, as some previous estheticians used to complete the facial treatment way before the full hour and were not very friendly.
