Have been a member for many years and refer others. Massage therapists with only 2 exceptions were excellent. Have a favorite skin expert, Brittany, who is a “treasure” in all aspects. Hope you never lose her. Your front office staff are constantly being replaced yet they are usually professional in their greetings and response. Miss the magazines and water cooler that disappeared due to the plandemic.

I booked with JC for the first time and he's absolutely amazing! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but he's friendly and professional too. He addressed all my concerns and even recommended another therapist more suitable to my personal preference. The receptionists are always welcoming and accommodating as well, which is greatly appreciated!

The massage therapist asked me many questions to personalize my massage experience. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. The environment was calm and peaceful.

Johnathon listened to my issues leading me to get a massage and he advised me on what types of massage he'd recommend and why. His voice was calm and relaxing, yet knowledgeable. He assisted in my relaxation experience with breathing instructions and affirmations. He also checked in on pressure with every new area. When done, he advised me on relaxation techniques to take at home to help relieve my tension in between sessions and suggested how much time to allow between sessions. I am excited to go back in 2 weeks.
