I am sorry but I was not dissatisfied with the service. I meant to say I was dissatisfied that there was not any bottle of melatonin available. It wasn't a big deal. I was extremely satisfied with Jai, the massage therapist, as he is the best and I have a hard time making an appt. with him, as his schedule and mine don't agree, I guess.

Jared, my massage therapist is very knowledgeable, kind, patient and is a good listener. I always feel so much better after my session. Jared is compassionate and cares for his clients. My son and his wife also use Jared for their massages and they also are very happy with him.

Everything was great! I really enjoyed my experience. What will prevent me from seeking out other services is your price. What you're charging for a facial or massage is OUTRAGEOUS! I only made my appointment because I had a gift card. Dosha and Massage Envy pricing is much more affordable. Especially for what you are. This isn't a upscale salon. Let's be honest. You don't offer botox or other high end services. Not that I'm even interested in that, but what you're offering is NOT worth the price.

My massager uses the right pressure and is quite. Only talks for feed back and to instruct me.

I’m always greeted by very kind and friendly people. My massage therapist, Ethan, is professional yet I feel like I’ve known him forever. He takes care of all my pain and soreness by his touch and knowledge of massage. I look forward to each visit and always leave feeling so much better than when I came into the building. I recommend Ethan to everyone I know.

The receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained the different rooms. The massage therapist was very professional and friendly.

Jared is always very professional, caring and listens to the chief areas of pain. He is highly experienced and skilled. He uses the right amount of pressure to provide therapeutic results.

Whenever I come in, there's never a day it's always gone. They need to order a higher supply amount.
