The staff are welcoming and friendly. Alexa is knowledgeable of the services she provides and explains what she is doing beforehand. The only observation I continue to make is the front desk asking if I want to include a gratuity. I always leave a gratuity for my providers in the room and find the asking a bit unprofessional.

Paris is great! I alwAys have had a great experience at hand and stone. I’ve never had to wait in the reception area more than 5 minutes. Exceptional service all the way around.

Katrina is always so welcoming and makes me feel very comfortable. Her facials are so incredible, I always feel amazing when I leave. Everything is always so clean and the staff are always friendly!

I have had a membership for a while now and have had nothing but great experiences. I have seen multiple estheticiens for facials and additional treatments. I have always felt like they recommend exactly what my skin needs at the time and suggest aftercare as well. Friendly staff and knowledge of products has been great as well and helped me to pick the right at home skin items.

The staff goes out of their way to welcome each person and makes sure all went well.

Staff was very friendly, made me feel comfortable considering I was nervous coming in. First time having a massage. My massage therapist was sweet, friendly and did a great job.

The Staff was friendly. The Massage Person was timely and attentive to my issues. The check-out process went smoothly.

Amanda B is one of my favorite therapists. Always professional and the amount of pressure used is perfect!
