The ladies at the front desk are always very friendly and welcoming. My appointment was on time and very pleasurable. I always look forward to the experience.

I come to hand and stone massage for a nice massage every once in awhile because I love the fact they use hot stones and other things to make me relax even more. The therapists are super friendly and always make sure you are comfortable and feeling good.

I've seen Lindsay for facials about four years or more. She has always been very professional and is very knowledgeable regarding my skin and product needs. Since covid 19, she has taken great care of ensuring my safety and comfort. I appreciate her so much!

Esthetician Brittini is incredibly talented in product knowledge, facial massage, customer care, etc. She prepared for our appointment in a manner that gave me confidence in her sincere care for my, and equally important - her own, safety during this time of covid-19. She is by far the best esthetician I've ever partnered with for my skincare; I feel lucky to have randomly met her at Hand and Stone Happy Valley in 2018/2019 and I will continue booking with her there for as long as I can!
