Receptionist was very helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable. The service provider was in the lobby waiting and we went straight back to the room upon me entering the establishment. She was nice, quick and gentle (as can be with hair removal). Plus, she made sure it was done right...the first time!!

The staff is friendly and professional. Hours accommodate my schedule. Services provided meet my needs.

Self care is very important to me and it is important that when I pay for a service it is a pleasant experience. A true professional knows when to chat, when to let the client relax, how to work out the clients needs so they are feeling relaxed and well cared for during the visit. I was very happy with the service and look forward to scheduling with Katrina again soon.

The receptionist was friendly and there was no wait. The process was smooth even with the new procedures. My massage therapist, Steve, took the time to listen to me and focused on my problem areas. I came in with so much pain and left incredibly relaxed!

Therapists technique is highly effective. Lee Brearley has increased his knowledge and exceeds my expectations for being new to the Happy Valley team. He listens and applies pressure as needed which has greatly increased my healing after a spinal injury.

They are so friendly. I come every two weeks and they know me, which is very nice. Also, Josh is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. Not sure what I would do if he left. But overall my experience is always great.
