My massage therapist Ann was very knowledgable and the trouble areas that I identified felt much better after the massage. My husband and I had originally booked the couple's room for a couple's massage but due to a scheduling conflict, the couple's room was occupied when we showed up. In order to make up for the issue, we were offered a free upgrade. We were shocked at the generosity of this offer and happy to know that good customer service still exists. We did the Himalayan Sand Stone massage and loved it. I would recommend Hand and Stone to anyone.
