The front staff are always nice and welcoming. The ambience of the front and massage/facial rooms are extremely relaxing. It is very easy to use the online tools to book appointments and check on rewards points.

The cleanliness of the spa. The massage therapist was great. The receptionist staff was very professional.

The massage therapist is excellent! The only problem is that she is so popular, appointments have to be booked months in advance!

Staff is friendly and very efficient. The facility is clean and welcoming. Products for sale are great but need to be in stock. No long wait time, you are greeted when it is time for your appointment.

This was my first Facial - Reyna was excellent! I was so happy and satisfied I got a membership and booked my next facial the same day. I also love the products she helped me purchase to keep up with my skin routine. The ladies at the desk were also very helpful!
