Massage was very relaxing. Asked how I was and if everything was to my liking. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I should have specified to do my lower back. But everything else was wonderful.

I continue my membership and the reason for a Highly Satisfied rating is attributed to the following reasons: 1) Priya Joshi my massage therapist has been treating me for as long as I have had my membership. She is an excellent and very experienced massage therapist who continual address my many issues. She is a key member of your team and the primary reason for me to come. She knows my issues and works diligently in addressing them within my 80 minute hot spa treatment 2) Receptionist - Tory welcomes me in a friendly, courteous and attentive manner. She know my name and addresses me by my name. She keeps me apprised of my membership points and assists me in applying these members points when needed. She is excellent member of your team 3) Manager- Jen has been a member of your team for as long as I can remember . She is courteous , attentive and extremely welcoming to me and my daughter who is also a member. Jen ensures that all my appointments are scheduled for each given year (my appointments are every two weeks, first appointment of the day) . She definitely keeps the operations of the location in an efficient manner. These three team members are the reason I continual come to your Manalapan Hand & Stone for all these years.
