The staff at this location were incredibly friendly and helpful. My esthetician Annelisse was so patient and kind while talking to me about the products she used. The people working behind the reception desk were extremely informative and helped me get signed up for a membership at Hand and Stone. Looking forward to my next visit.

Despite the rising costs and disregard for the contract that was signed, I LOVE Zaneta and she is THE ONLY REASON I maintain my membership. The Manalapan NJ location changes management so frequently that I don't know who is in charge anymore. It lacks the look and feel of a real spa. Receptionists are very friendly and some more knowledgeable than others. I DESPISE the call center feature. When I want to speak to my spa directly, it is a hassle to get to them. There is no need for anyone at the call center to know my personal information.

Staff is friendly and efficient. Appointment time was honored. Booking of next two appointments was easy. The person doing my facial is outstanding. I have been using her since April 2020.

My first appointment that I made over the phone never got scheduled. However, when I called back Jen at the front desk was very helpful in scheduling me a new appointment and was very accomodating.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The massage therapist was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful during the session.

Front desk is so nice. I wish they didn’t push the memberships so hard, it’s uncomfortable.
