The massage and facial were very relaxing. The types of facials were explained in detail. The masseuse was informative and worked on areas that had been bothering me.

My esthetician was very knowledgeable about the condition of my skin and the products. She wasn’t pushy but did offer me input on products that would benefit me and I bought them. Place is very clean.

REGINA WAS AMAZING. SHE KNEW EXACTLY WHERE MY TIGHT SPOTS WERE, AND WORKED THEM INCREDIBLY. MUCH BETTER EXPIERIENCE THEN MY LAST (NOT WITH REGINA!)

The atmosphere in the spa is very nice and soothing. My goal was to relax and my therapist used the right amount of pressure for that.

Friendliness of staff, professionalism and ambiance

I love Hand and Stone. The front desk staff and management are always friendly and wonderful. The massage therapist, Zaneta, is phenomenal. I will continue to visit regularly. I do wish the price hadn't got up!
