It was easy to book the appointment. The staff at the front were informative and friendly. The therapist was very skilled. The room needs candles or water feature or art on the walls. The music needs to be more spa soothing and relaxing.

Compared to "other" massage places in fresno/clovis hand and stone are superior in every way. The therapists are the best. The reception area and bathrooms are always spotless. Small things matter, like having actual hand towels in restrooms instead if paper towels.the massage rooms are always clean and tidy. Temperature is always good. Therapists are always receptive and polite.
