Hand and Stone

Was disappointed that there was no contact to cancel appointment when COVID-19 lockdown began. I called when I didn't get the normal email confirmation, and there was a recording that all appointments had been cancelled. (The spa where I get pedicures called to tell me my appointment was cancelled, and kept in contact until it could be rescheduled after reopening happened.) When the city announced that spas would reopen, I called and got an appointment for a facial. My esthetician was great, as usual, but the customer service otherwise leaves something to be desired. There were three receptionists, but they all appeared to be busy, and I had to wait upon entering and to check out when done.

I was highly satisfied with hand and stones recent service. Due to COVID, I was a little hesitant with making my appointment but once I entered in and informed all the standards/protocols implemented eased my fear tremendously. My esthetician (Naadiya) is the absolute best/knowledgeable individual I’ve ever met. I always look forward to my facials because I know at the end, I will be highly satisfied with the results and how smooth/clean my face looks.

Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and helpful. I had a great experience. Facility was clean.

My therapist is extremely friendly and always making sure to accommodate my needs. Staff are very welcoming. Always a pleasure.

Jasmine was great. Very friendly and she did a great job. Especially during this time with the virus going around - she made me feel at ease with the cleaning measures that were in place.

Karina did a amazing job with my massage, she asked about my problem areas and removed my knots. Esthetician also did a amazing job, she made my skin glow. Thank you ladies

This was my first time in a long while getting a massage. I was nervous and I know my partner was too, but we felt welcomed and comfortable. The service was phenomenal and made us realize how much we really needed to tend to our bodies. Thanks so much!

The whole experience was incredible! I have never gotten a massage before I found it to be very beneficial. The aromatherapy and the whole ambiance of the room and the therapists were just lovely!
