Hand and Stone

Erin, my therapist, recommended the new Himalayan stone massage. I agreed to try it out for the first time. I really enjoyed the experience. The stones were just the right temperature and my upper back muscles really relaxed during the treatment. I look forward to trying the CBD oil massage for my next visit.

Both the massage therapist and esthetician are very knowledgeable, friendly, and addressed my areas of behavior.

The receptionist addressed me by name when I walked in the door-so pleasant! Nadya, my esthetician, is a highly skilled professional. She is so friendly and competent! Since working with her, my skin is significantly improved. My family and friends often comment on my positive changes.

Brianna is always on time for appointments. She asks how I’ve been and if there is anything that’s been bothering me that needs attention. She works on the areas needed with the right pressure necessary to work out the issues.

I have been seeing the same Massage Therapist for about a year now. Becky is a competent and business like Therapist. She quickly assesses my physical condition based on my comments and formulates a therapy plan for the session. She focuses on the areas I have identified and the problem areas she discovers as the session progresses! Definitely will continue my membership using Becky as my personal therapist.

The staff that helped me (Angelica I believe) was extremely knowledgeable about the company's services. She also worked to find solutions that worked for my husband and I rather than expecting us to navigate through the company's complicated policies and procedures to find our own solutions. To me, that is great customer service.
