I loved the experience here. I opted for the deep tissue massage with firm pressure. It was the DEEPEST massage I’ve ever had. It was pretty painful but it hurt in a good way. My massage therapist was great. He was very friendly and caring. Getting checked in at the beginning of the appointment was okay. When I called to book the appointment, I asked the receptionist about adding decompression therapy to my appointment. She said to tell the therapist when I got to the appointment. When I did, he was unaware that I wanted to add on the decompression therapy. This was a bit frustrating but it turns out that I didn’t actually need it and the massage itself helped the tension/knots in my upper body; so it worked out for the better. The receptionist that checked me out was amazing. Very nice and thorough when she was explaining the membership program. All in all I had a wonderful experience.
