Crystal is a knowledgeable and informative esthetician. She is intuitive of me and all my girlfriends’ needs and she is very sensible to whether I am tired and in need of sleep or if I am interested in learning about my skin. She is a professional. I would definitely come back.

The anesthician was knowledable and friendly.

Service provided was excellent. Upon arrival after booking appointment the week prior, arrived to find my appointment was NOT annotated in system but had a free opening for the time I had booked. Apparently person who took call didn’t annotate in system; I lived half an hour away and it was only reason for driving to Hand and Stone Spa.

As a member, i tend to accrue packages faster than I can use them. The front desk staff did a great job ensuring a booked an experience that maximized my packages. They also did a great job of explaining the pricing and how they would apply. Brianna was an amazing therapist. i usually just take whoever is available, but i will be booking with her from now on. Based on what i had booked up front, she recommended i do the full relaxation package and it was perfect! She tended to my needs very well and checked in with me throughout the experience to ensure that it was going well.

Staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Everyone is friendly. They take your needs into consideration and are very respectful.

My therapist is extremely knowledgable and has taken time to learn about my specific needs and issues. She is always very warm and makes a genuine effort to treat what is causing me most pain during each visit.

Being at Hand and Stone was a really relaxing and enjoyable time! I had the time to relax while I got the best facial and massage which was extremely amazing!!

Tahira is absolutely amazing. She always finds and works on my problem areas. She has a very soothing spirit that really help me to relax.
