everything, all the little details were done.. to make me feel really good about the gift card my husband got me.. i was asked if i needed restroom, both before and after service, was handed water right after, and shown where more water was available if wanted. it smelled terrific. the water feature in lobby was a sweet noise to my ears, as well as the super soft scents and sounds in treatment room. THANK YOU for making me feel better :)

First facial. Esthetician was friendly and gentle. Facial was enjoyable.

The only thing I did not like was the music being played it was not very relaxing it sounded more like house music. I also experienced that last time. Other than that everything was great the guy that gave me my massage said it was his second day and I felt he did a great job!

I love how my therapist took the time to explain why she was working of certain areas.

The therapist relieved the pain in my back without hurting me. She knew all about target points and could explain what she was doing and why. She had a real passion for helping people through her work.
