My esthetician was extremely knowledgeable and took all of my concerns into consideration. I love that she didn’t pressure me to change my skin care products, for the lines that are sold at the spa, but rather add to my collection when I’m ready. Everything was so clean and the staff were warm and friendly. Great atmosphere!

This has been my first spa experience and it was completely inviting and everyone was very friendly and willing to help. For my first facial I felt completely safe and taken care of and my problems were definitely heard. Will keep coming here for future treatments

Every time I go to Hand and Stone I feel welcome and appreciated as a client. My masseuse Scott always asks about my needs and any problem areas before starting my massage. I thoroughly enjoy my membership and plan to keep it for a long time.

I have been coming to this facility for 2 years for both facials and massage. I have found all professionals more than competent, willing to listen, and able to adapt their process to my needs. The membership value is good, and I appreciate not being aggressively up-sold for product that I don’t need.
