The staff was friendly and welcoming. Nancy was friendly and explained everything. She made me feel very comfortable.

I have a very bad back from a work injury. I had been dealing with the muscle pain for about 3 weeks, I made my appt. that day and Vanessa was the therapist that I had. I explained my issues, She had a job to get me going. My muscles in my lower back and buttocks region, I am a mess, For one hour she did wonders to help me move, My back was such a mess around a scare tissue area. Very painful, she worked, and worked on it. I have 2 more appts with her to get me back to normal. Vanessa used just the right pressure and massage on me. Very Happy

Online scheduling is so convenient with my crazy schedule. The facility is welcoming and relaxing. Celeste, my therapist for my last couple of visits asks questions and listens/responds to my concerns. Overall great experience, as usual. I love my Hand and Stone membership!

Nadia, is an amazing esthetician. She is knowledgeable and will inform you of what products you really need. She also takes her time, but the time goes by so quick. I trust Nadia with my face. ❤️

Everyone is always friendly. Evaughn is wonderful. Always communicates with me and works on areas where it is needed. His massages are awesome but then always ends with a little relaxation.
