The facility was clean, calming (both in temperature and noise), and the staff was very professional. The therapist was ready and waiting, very courteous and friendly, and provide a great massage.

Very professional staff, nice, friendly, I felt very welcomed, the service was excellent, the esthetician was wonderful informative,very friendly , professional and great with everything.. nice experience from start to finish. Definitely will recommend this facility!

People working behind the desk are very helpful and explain everything in detail. I like the fact that I can fill most of the required forms online and be done with them. Samantha, my masseuse, is always very cordial and knowledgeable when I ask questions about techniques to do at home to relief some aches and pains in my muscles.

I have been going to H and S for over 3 years. I absolutely feel that Nadia is the best esthetician in Fresno. She knows her products and she knows my skin. Love the way my face feels when I leave. I try to make my facials a monthly habit. Nadia is the best!

Staff is always helpful to provide an appointment and the therapists are always great. I’m in 24/7 pain, so I appreciate each time.
