Helped me relax after a stressful exam , this was my first massage ever. The massage therapist was excellent! The receptionist were very kind and welcoming. The massage was wonderful!! No shortcuts! Pure relaxation. I would have preferred the music in the location to be a little lower to help relax though. Another thing I didn’t like how bright the reception area was for being a relaxation location I would preferred low stimulation with dim lighting, but inside the massage rooms the lights were dim which is all that matters. Highly satisfied with Monique. Thank you girl!

My complaint is not agent my esthetician (Ally); she is amazing! I always feel so relaxed and refreshed after seeing her. However, this is the second time I have been checked out by the same individual who does not know what she is doing. She tried to charge me $100 when I had my membership to use and 7000 points. Ally told me it would be $20 (which it normally is). I waited for 20 minutes in the lobby while she tried to figure out what she was doing. She refused to ask for help from the other person who was working at the front desk. I told her I was going to be late for an appt but that didn't seem to matter to her. She lacks the skill and customer service to handle herself as the others do that I have come across in the past. Another person ended up having to get management to help out. I ended up leaving to go to my appt. Only 4000 points were used towards my service so I still paid more than I thought I was going to pay. Also, I wanted to order products using the March sale but was told to come back at the end of the month. I went from feeling relaxed to having knots in my neck and shoulders from this experience at the front desk. Very frustrating.

Your front office staff is extremely kind and professional, not only the first time I came in, but every time. Alysson (Aly) is extremely knowledgeable and I feel she genuinely concerned about my skin. I will always schedule with her!

My therapist, Annie, was tremendous! She used the requested pressure. She worked many knots in my problem areas. I left feeling great and relaxed. Annie did such a great job I will request her as my therapist from now on.
