I usually book with Evaghn. He was not available so I didn't know my therapist Martin. Martin didn't waste any time and got to work. He did wonderful job. He added pressure when I asked.

Erin was wonderful and did an amazing job. She worked the knots and tension out of my shoulders and upper back, I was so relaxed when I left I can't wait to go back to Erin again she was amazing!

The service was efficient, the environment was beautiful, and the staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. I was impressed.

Everyone at Hand and Stone located at Riverpark in Fresno, CA is very welcoming. Greeted with a smile and when I asked questions I am always given through answers. One therapist that was massaging me all of a sudden left the room in the middle of the massage. I didnt know why she left the room. Then the Manager came in and said the therapist was not feeling well and she apologized and said the massage is complimentary. I was bummed because I thought I really has knots in my back that hurting me and I worried maybe I was possibly given covid because the therapist didnt wear a mask while giving me a massage. I think the manager stepping in right away helped to give me an answer as to what happened right away. I returned for another massage a few weeks after that.
