Receptionists are friendly and professional. Therapist was confident and effective. Although my original appointment was cancelled due to therapist’s emergency, I was able to come in the next day with someone else. Looking forward to new location opening near my home. Convenience will help to schedule appointments.

Vanessa my massage therapist was wonderful. Very professional, courteous and very personable. The front person was very well spoken and presented the prices to join in a way that I didn't seem pressured. Just the right amount without be obnoxious. This was a birthday gift from my husband and I enjoyed every minute of it.

Easy to book appointment and good massage

The front staff is always very attentive and friendly! The lobby and rooms are very clean and well maintained. I have been coming to this location for about 3 years and Ally was friendly, informative and one of the best estheticians I have had for my facials. I loved her style and demeanor! She was interested in knowing my skincare history and my needs for the future. Ally was also well versed in the product and the reasons why my skin may react to certain weather and the product that I'm using on my skin. She really took the time to educate and make me feel relaxed. It was a great visit! Thank you Ally! : )

Jasmine, my esthetician, is very personable and puts you at ease immediately. When I shared my wants, she listened and said she could make it happen. This was my 3rd visit to Hand & Stone and I'm won over. This is the day after my appointment and my face still feels and shows the positive effects. love it!
