I had an amazing experience with my esthetician. She knew exactly what to target when I showed her my skin problems. She addressed the needs of my skin and recommended products that will be suitable for myself.

While I was waiting to checkout, one receptionist was on the phone. Another receptionist offered me water, while I waited, which I thought was very nice. Not only because of the water, but because she acknowledged and apologized for the wait. When the 1st receptionist was off the phone, she came out from behind the counter to have me sign a form, rather than sticking it thru a window and asking me to sign it. That was just more personable and friendly, I thought. My entire experience, from walking in until I left was exceptional, and I've been to multiple spas so have a lot to compare with.

Evan was my massage therapist and he was very attentive to all of my concerns.

Miraim was very knowledgable, addressed all of my questions and concerns, and provided the best facial I've ever had. She professionally addressed my aging skin and helped develop a plan to improve my skin over time with treatments and Dermalogica products.
