Front office personnel were cheerful efficient and helpful. The therapist was very knowledgeable pleasant and helpful. No lack of hot towels when needed. Water was given after the massage as well as advice to prevent dehydration. Front office was very accommodating regarding follow up and also explained about reward points well.

Place was very clean, staff was friendly and explained the monthly enrollment program. My massage was very relaxing and I really enjoyed having the head masseuse Hector. I will continue to have my massages with Hector.

Receptionist was accommodating. It was quick to book an appointment even though I made it last minute. Not my first choice of time though but given the timing, I was glad to get an appointment. Masseuse was friendly and helped ease my aches.
