The rooms are always relaxing and inviting. Music and lighting are ideal. The esthetician was quiet and not too chatty during the service.

Receptionist was able to get me in immediately after a facials he to a cancellation knowing I was looking for an appointment.

Jamie was wonderful! I haven’t had a facial in a very long time. Jamie knew her products and what my facial needs were.

I found out my massage therapist no longer worked there and I was already going out of my way to go to this location and it's no longer convenient and I don't like how the others do the massages. I did love the facial though and would think about going back maybe once a year but not once a month like my massages.

I always have a good experience at Hand and Stone. The front desk staff is always very welcoming and my massage therapist is able to address my specific needs each time I go in. This last time, I was even allowed to keep my just-bought plants inside so they wouldn't wilt in the car. I feel very at home and well taken care of.

The check in process was fast and efficient. I had to wait a few mins for my massage therapist, but he was polite, and the massage was incredible. I left feeling so relaxed! I also left with a membership. Completely happy with hand and stone, will recommend to everyone I know.
