Ashley is knowledgable and very good. She focused on my problem area and worked out my knots. She went out of her way to extend her time for my next appt.

Great atmosphere. Lobby was comfortable, clean, and welcoming. My esthetician, Tiquia was super knowledgeable and recommended some strategies I can implement at home. She was also kind and easy to talk to. The whole experience was great.

While the therapist, her professionalism, and her demeanor was amazing, the fact that it was only 50 minutes was disappointing. Imagine eating a meal and they said midway okay that's enough. Hand and Stone needs to do better also with scheduling. The website offered one appointment time, but when I called the appointment had to be made for another. Second, I couldn't book two people online.

Doreen has magic hands. She carefully addressed all areas and went above and beyond in her ability to relieve tension and pain. I left the massage feeling like a new person.
