Great atmosphere. Lobby was comfortable, clean, and welcoming. My esthetician, Tiquia was super knowledgeable and recommended some strategies I can implement at home. She was also kind and easy to talk to. The whole experience was great.

While the therapist, her professionalism, and her demeanor was amazing, the fact that it was only 50 minutes was disappointing. Imagine eating a meal and they said midway okay that's enough. Hand and Stone needs to do better also with scheduling. The website offered one appointment time, but when I called the appointment had to be made for another. Second, I couldn't book two people online.

Doreen has magic hands. She carefully addressed all areas and went above and beyond in her ability to relieve tension and pain. I left the massage feeling like a new person.

I find the availability of appointments and the consistency of the experience at hand and stone very satisfying. I appreciate being able to book with the same therapist multiple weeks in advance.

My overall experience was warming and delightful, from the moment I walked and until the time I was greeted by Brittany, my massage therapist set for my session with the hands from heaven, so soft but firm, smooth to the touch and effective. I will request her again and again.

Paige is a gem, who is very knowledgable, considerate, patient - taking the time to learn more about my skin type, & encouraging! I am not the best w/ my skincare she taught me how to improve & her hands r so strong - I see a huge difference on thanksgiving, the next day! Thank U
