Lori has been my esthetician for some time now. Lori is prompt, she’s very kind, & knowledgeable. I appreciate the friendly relationship we have built, the fact that she remembers everything about my skin, & her ability to help ms relax. As long as she’s employed here I will continue to come back.

I was told when I reinstated my package it would stay at the VIP rate of 54.95, shortly after I received an email (which went into my junk) that said it was increasing $15 per membership. When I questioned H&S on 8/27 I was told it’s going up $10 per membership. I mentioned again that I’ve been out of work 13 months and renewed it bimonthly because we enjoyed it but I’m starting a new career and I’m not sure I want to pay the extra $20 a month onto of the $40 we tip.

The esthetician was friendly and I felt a positive difference in my skin.

Jose is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever had. I look forward to my monthly visits and I wish that I could do more!
