The Esthetician Lori Adams was great at her job, shared her recommendations and knowledge with me. Lori made me feel very welcomed, answered all of my questions in a very professional manner, and made me want to come back.

Our aesthetician was Amanda in the south Philadelphia location. My daughter and I not only loved the service she offered, we also really liked her personality and how comfortable we were with her. We already booked our next appointment with her.

Everything I asked the massage therapist to do, she did it. The pressure of the massage and the cleanliness of the room was AWESOME.

The welcoming staff is always pleasant. The massage therapist performed the massage in the way that I requested. She answered my questions in a knowledgeable manner. The ambiance in the waiting area and massage room in relaxing and inviting. This Hand and Stone facility is my number one facility that I go to 99% of the time.

Margaret was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very satisfied with her services. I will be booking with her again soon!

Had severe back pain, knock in back from stress, problems sleeping. Therapist was knowledgeable, felt stress knots leaving my back. Walked in, in pain, walked out like FRED Sanford.

I love being a member of hand & stone. I just switched locations and am trying to find someone else that I really like. This time around, I was very dissatisfied during my prenatal massage. I told my therapist twice that I did not like a deep tissue and that I just wanted a "firm rub" -- almost the entire massage was a deep tissue and her digging her thumbs and fingers into my muscles. I'm actually sore today and didn't relax at all during my massage. I'm also disappointed to hear that Hand & Stone is raising it's membership rates. Because I've been a member for several years, this is a little disappointing-- I would suggest that they honor the current membership fees for current members and only raise the price on new members. Thanks!
