Tina was a excellent masseuse. Really seemed very professional. My only complaint was that she did not introduce herself and did not ask me if I wanted a relaxing massage or something more therapeutic. I also think that a cup of water should be offered after a treatment and then guided out to the lobby.

I was highly satisfied because my esthetician was wonderful! I will come back to see her again so I can get another facial. My massage on my first visit was just ok but Lori, my esthetician, changed my mind after she did my facial. She was knowledgeable and the facial was great.

Lori did an excellent job during my facial. She was able to answer all my questions and helped me work on the problem areas of my skin. She explained everything and provided products I can use at home to help my skin. I can't wait to come back next month.

I found all of the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. I booked appointments for my mom and god mom and they were both extremely impressed with their first visit to hand and stone.

The atmosphere is very calming, the reception area is nice and the people behind the desk is very friendly. The massage therapist awesome!

I love the spa setting, As opposed to the usual clinical setting for facials, i liked that my masseuse addressed my specific needs and targeted those areas, and i felt that all of my needs were addressed.
