The staff are friendly and professional and the atmosphere in lobby is relaxing. Ashley is the best, she very personable, makes you feel comfortable and gives the best massages with the perfect amount of pressure. I only schedule massages with her!

The therapist and management are great; the receptionists are a little snippy and have mild attitudes; could use a lesson in customer service. When I terminated my membership because of an upcoming move out of state, i was told I would still be charged. This is frustrating because I am stating that I no longer need services but being forced to purchase the service anyway... it’s very bad business. Otherwise H&S is convenient, clean and fairly priced and I would recommend.
