Doreen is wonderful. The spa always makes my day. Staff if great.

I have been to a number of Hand and Stone locations, and Leeza at this location has been fantastic in terms of her technique. She always uses the right amount of pressure and asks me before each session if I have any particular problem areas.

Check in was quick and easy. My esthetician was sweet and professional, very knowledgeable. She provided an outstanding facial with proper recommendations to fit my needs.

It is very difficult understanding packages and up grades, client should be give at each check out detailed list of services. Was told twenty dollars plus change would be applied to my credit only to find the $20+ and 2 separate charges of $10. Will address then when I pick up gift cards next Friday with front desk.

I was going to cancel my membership until I meet Tiquia. She’s truly amazing at her job. She deserves a raise !!

From the moment I walk into the facility, I feel at ease. The receptionist was very friendly & helpful. Laura is awesome & she listens well to my skin's needs. I will return to see Laura next month.

My first time at hands and stone, I knew I wanted to come back. The hospitality was excellent. I felt welcomed from the time I step into the establishment. Although one of my favorite massage therapist is no longer at the location I attend Brittany. Annette has not missed a step with her hospitality, Customer Service, and great massage skills.

Jun was amazing in relieving my back and hip pain. He was SO GOOD that I joined before the receptionist could even mention it!
