There was constant plumbing noise during my massage (nothing the therapist could have done about it). It was a facility problem. I mentioned it to the front desk upon leaving and paying. I felt a discount or coupon should have been provided considering the noise interfered with my relaxation and enjoyment. The sounds were for the entire visit. I also think your website could be more user friendly. You can not cancel an appointment on line and also i often schedule 2 appointments back to back which is difficult on the website.

The massage specialist is pleasant and focused on the areas that needed more attention. He remembered my needs to keep me comfortably because of my illness.

My therapist was friendly and sensitive to my needs. She asked if I had any problem areas and told me to let her know if the pressure was too much. The massage and heated table were extremely relaxing.

I'm highly satisfied because I went in with a decent amount of pain in my lower back and have not had the level of pain since I left. My boyfriend is highly active like me and I recommended that he go and get his back massaged too.
